As part of my responsibilities as Vice President of California Federal Bank, I am constantly seeking new and innovative wavs to increase customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Several months ago when we merged with Glendale Federal Bank, as part of the celebration, I contracted with a company to bring an espresso cart to our facility to serve all the specialty coffees to our staff and our customers. I paid over $1,300 for this service.
Because the response was so positive, I decided to investigate the possibility of setting up a permanent espresso bar in the lobby of the bank.
However, after many calls, I realized that my idea wouldn't work. I found the cost of the equipment was very high. I also realized that it would require a full-time professional to make the drinks.
